Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe that fitness belongs to EVERYONE and ANYONE can participate. I have developed my yoga instruction and education programs to work with a variety of people, and constantly adapting my program to the needs of my new clients.

Experience the benefits of a 10 min breathwork and meditation session ,reducing stress and inflammation. Followed by 50 minutes of a slow flow yoga class that allows for strengthening and toning of muscles with slow fluid movements. All levels welcome.
